Over the past year or so we have all heard stories of the financial struggles & disasters (in some case) within the building industry.  The fallout is being felt in all areas of the industry affecting builders, suppliers, sub-contractors and customers alike.

At SafeBuild we have been approached by a number of builders & sub-contractors who have experienced financial loss, some of them substantial.  These stakeholders all have a common goal - to find a solution to financially protect all parties involved in a building project.

Regardless of the economic conditions there is a need for a simple, positive and transparent solution.  A solution that not only addresses current financial issues but will future proof the building & construction industry to prevent the same mistakes re-occurring.

We have been motivated to find a cost-effective solution and we believe SafeBuild is the answer.

The purpose of this website is to:
  1. Identify the current issues within the building industry
  2. Communicate and discuss these issues  through our blog and forum
  3. Encourage constructive and positive feedback between all players.
